About the app

CMH Analyzer is a user-friendly statistical tool designed for healthcare professionals and researchers to easily analyze relationships between medical factors using Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel tests for conditional independence, Breslow-Day tests for homogeneity across strata, and Mantel-Haenszel common odds ratio estimation with Robins-Breslow-Greenland confidence intervals. Simply upload your data in CSV, Excel, Stata or SPSS format, select your variables, and the app automatically performs stratified analysis to determine if treatments, exposures, or risk factors are truly associated with health outcomes after controlling for confounding variables. It calculates common odds ratios with confidence intervals and generates professional reports with clear interpretations, making complex statistical analysis accessible without needing advanced technical expertise in R- perfect for clinical research, quality improvement projects, and evidence-based practice.
