It allows interested users with advanced knowledge to create risk profiles that illustrate relationships between risk, interventions, and projection assumptions. It is based on the {covidscreen}, which is an R package designed to help organizations evaluate their risk from COVID-19 and the potential benefits of regular asymptomatic testing. The simulation use information on community case rates, asymptomatic-to-symptomatic case ratio, and assumed infectiousness periods to estimate the reduction in active cases on campus achieved by regular asymptomatic testing.
